You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your purchase to make a return.
Return items in the following ways:
Return of the product has to be done to the place where the product was purchased.
- If the product was purchased in the physical store, return has to be done in the same store by presenting the receipt and document to prove your personality.
- If the product was ordered in the online shop, return should be done by sending back your order by transport company Nova Postha. In this case you will pay shipping costs.
Please put the product inside the packaging including your receipt. In case if the product was paid during the receiving in Nova Postha please contact us by phone +38 0443449201 from 09.00 to 18.00 every day so we will send you an online form which has to be filled in for receiving back the payment.
After sending back the product, use the tracking number from the transport company to track your return.
In case of return the product must be in the same condition as when you received them with its original packaging, including the labels. In compliance with current health and safety regulations and for your own safety, we do not accept returns of cosmetics, swimwear, or underwear if the hygiene seal is not intact.

If the product was ordered in the online shop and you need to change a size or color, please contact us by phone +38 0443449201 from 09.00 to 18.00 every day. The exchange is done by returning the product which does not fit you and sending a new product. In this case you will pay shipping costs.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method. Shipping costs will only be refunded because of manufacturing defects, if the product is out of stock, or due to a shipping error. The product must also be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
You will be notified by email once we have processed your refund.
