You have 30 calendar days from the date of the order.
Return items in the following ways:
1. In store:
You can return your order at any store for free (except for the Canary Islands, Outlets and El Corte Inglés). Please present your proof of purchase or the sticker enclosed with your order.
2. Post Office:
If you were logged when you placed your order, you can return item(s) free of charge at any Post Office.
Follow these steps to return an item:
- Step 1: go to MY ACCOUNT > ORDERS AND RETURNS > RETURN AN ITEM > SELECT THE PRODUCT TO RETURN > SELECT YOUR DELIVERY POINT.
- Step 2: you'll receive a return code via email (e.g. L36C350400902810136415Z) and you can also download your label from MY ACCOUNT.
To download the label, go to: MY ACCOUNT > ORDERS AND RETURNS > SELECT YOUR ORDER > RETURN INFORMATION > DOWNLOAD RETURN LABEL.
- Step 3: go to the Post Office and show your return code.
* Note that if you don't follow the steps above, your Post Office return may incur additional costs.
3. Courier:
Send us your return via the courier company of your choice. The cost and safe delivery of the items is at your expense. We recommend you to use a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
Follow these steps to return the item(s):
- Step 1: Attach the sticker you received with your order to the outside of the box.
- Step 2: Place it in the box and send it to:

If you didn't keep the sticker, contact Customer Services here and ask for your proof of purchase.
Use the tracking number from your chosen courier company to track your return.
* Items must be returned in perfect condition, with tags attached, unused/unworn and in their original packaging to guarantee a refund.
* Jewelry and accessories must be returned in their original packaging - sealed, unopened, and in good condition.
* In compliance with current health and safety regulations, and for our customers' safety, we do not accept returns of swimwear if the hygiene seal is not intact.

Once we've processed your return, you'll receive a refund via your original payment method. We'll send you an email to confirm.

BIMBA Y LOLA refunds are issued to your original payment method, unless you make your return in store and ask for a BIMBA Y LOLA voucher. Shipping costs will be reimbursed for all orders, except for gift orders that are refunded in-store to a bank card.
