You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return your item. Extended return period up until January 2 for all purchases made between November 14 and December 2.
Return items in the following ways:
In store: free returns at any store in Germany when you present the delivery note attached to the "order on its way" email or the label included in the package.
DHL Parcel ServicePoints: free returns at DHL Parcel ServicePoints presenting the DHL return label you have received inside the package.
Place the items you want to return in the original packaging or in a similar one that is as secure as possible. Paste the DHL label received on the original package so that it is visible. If you use the original packaging, place it over the shipping label and try to cover the barcode on the original label.
Take the package to your nearest ServicePoint. Check the DHL Parcel ServicePoints here .
Once you have handed over your return package at the DHL Parcel ServicePoint, you can choose to receive a delivery receipt either via SMS or by email.
You can track your return by entering the tracking number included in the sms or email on the DHL Parcel website.
Private mail or courier: in this case, you will pay shipping costs. We recommend sending the package by certified mail for your own peace of mind. Attach the label you received with your order to the outside of the package. If you don't have the label, print and include the delivery note attached to the "order on its way" email and send it to the following address:

The items you are going to return must be in the same condition as when you received them. In compliance with current health and safety regulations and for your own safety, we do not accept returns of cosmetics, swimwear, or underwear if the hygiene seal is not intact.

To exchange a product purchased on our website, simply go to any of our stores with the delivery note attached to the "order on its way" email or the sticker received inside the package. Exchanges cannot be made online.
BIMBA Y LOLA refunds are processed using the original payment method.
Once we have processed your refund, you will see the amount in your bank account within five (5) working days.
