Once your order has been prepared and sent to the transport company, you will receive a confirmation email with a link through which you can track your shipment. It can take up to 24 hours from receiving the shipping confirmation email to activate the tracking number.
If you're a registered user, you can also check your order status in the ORDERS section. If you purchased as a guest, go to the link in any of the emails relating to your order to track it.
Canceling an order or modifying the delivery address depends on the order status. To manage your cancellation or modification request, please contact us here.
Once you have completed your purchase, it is not possible to delete or modify the products in your order. You can make a return when you have received your order.
If you receive an order with damaged packaging or an incorrect product, please contact our Customer Service service within 24 hours of receiving your order here.
If you're a registered user, you can download your delivery note from the ORDERS section in your account. Either click on the ORDER details or go to the link in the shipping confirmation email.
If you purchased as a guest user, go to your order details and download your delivery note from the shipping confirmation email, or download the attachment from that same email.
